SCROLL

Your body is ready.
Is your mind?

I'm a former competitive fencer and NCAA All-American who struggled with competition anxiety. I know what it feels like to be physically ready and mentally in your own way. Now I work with competitive athletes to build the mental skills that let them perform the way they train, confidently, decisively, and without getting in their own way. As a former coach and athlete I understand and can support athletes at all leves,

What we Work on

Build the mental game that holds under pressure

Every athlete has physical tools. The ones who perform consistently have mental ones too. Together we work on:

  • Confidence that doesn't collapse under pressure

  • Self-talk that supports rather than sabotages

  • Focus routines that cut through distraction

  • Emotional regulation before, during, and after competition

  • Resilience that turns setbacks into data

  • Imagery and mental rehearsal

  • Goal structures that drive consistent training

  • Coping strategies for adversity and high-stakes moments

IAN FARR

I'm a former NCAA All-American fencer, coach, and Certified Mental Performance Consultant who personally navigated competition anxiety, so I know what it feels like to freeze in a decision moment and fight your way back. I hold dual master's degrees in Sport and Performance Psychology and Sports Administration, and I've spent 15+ years coaching competitive fencers at the national and international level, including athletes who have qualified for the Olympic Games. I built this practice because I wanted to give athletes the tools I had to find the hard way.
